Learner Complaint’s procedures

3S LIFE SAFE AKADEMIE has a complaint policy and are committed to deal with all formal complaints in fair and timely manners and use them as an opportunity for continual improvement.


If you have any complaints, you may send an email to below email addresses with the subject line mentioned as ‘complaints’


In the case of any complaint, the learners are requested to first write the complaint to the learning partner on the above given email address.


In addition, the learner can also raise their complaint informally through direct calling, WhatsApp to +91-7975370191.


If the raised complaint does not resolve by the learning partner they may write directly to NEBOSH to below email address.
